    1. Get pre-qualified and consult a Loan Officer
      If you pre-qualify online, one of our expert loan officers will contact you for a free consultation about your needs. Or you can contact one of our loan officers directly.
    2. Determine the right loan program for your unique needs
      Your loan officer will walk you through your options and discuss the pros and cons of the different loan options available to you. If you have questions about a specific program or feature, don't hesitate to ask! That's what we're here for.
    3. Organize your documents
      Your loan officer will let you know what information you will need to provide. This differs depending on the type of loan you are interested in.
    4. Formal application and approval
      This includes more information and documentation than the pre-qualification, but your loan officer and loan processor will have you prepared and walk you through the process. We also work hand-in-hand with your realtor to make sure you are getting the right loan for the home you want to finance.
    5. Processing and closing
      We will be working hard in the lead-up to your closing date to make sure everything goes as planned. During this process we may ask you for additional documentation or to confirm certain information in your loan file. At closing, you will sign the final documents, complete the loan process and (unless you are refinancing) get the keys to your new home.

     

    After the ink is dry and the closing is complete, all that's left to say is: Congratulations!
